How my journey began
As a child, I was sick often and medicated with antibiotics for sore throats constantly. I remember being curled up in my mom’s bed with severe pain in my stomach, not knowing at that young age that I was wrecking my gut with the prescriptions I was taking for my chronic sore throats. I ended up getting my tonsils removed as a teen but kept building up toxins in my system with quick fixes for the symptoms of a deeper issue.
After years of discomfort, I found myself digging deeper. I met with a GI specialist and ended up getting upper GI and lower GI scopes and still couldn't find the answers I needed.
I was sick and tired of taking medications that weren’t fixing the deeper issue and finally I took a different approach. I started to heal my gut and all of the other issues that were plaguing me started to resolve.
I became a holistic lifestyle coach because I love to help people like me heal their bodies with natural solutions. I love to serve and partnering with you on your health journey is an honor.

How I found oils
I found doTERRA essential oils in 2013 after years of passionately pursing natural solutions for constant GI issues and a destroyed gut biome.
